Quality Assurance
Creating a set of social accounts is useful as an organisational development tool to be used within the organisation but they must also be available and credible to external stakeholders.
This credibility is achieved by the Social Audit Network requiring approval for all Social Auditors who are then involved in continuous personal development to ensure the latest SAN-approved methodologies are applied.
As you would expect, SAN also consults the organisations which use an approved Social Auditor to chair a Panel. Once the process is completed, the organisation is asked to complete a Quality Assurance Questionnaire and return it to SAN so that we can monitor work done in our name.
